For many years, locals have enjoyed classic Italian meals from this family-owned enterprise. Pasta, salads, pizzas, fish, chicken, veal entrees, home-cooked dinners, and hot and cold buffets are on the menu.

The lunch includes classic Italian food with a modern twist. We had freshly made bread with softened butter on the table, which was still warm enough that we had to wait a few minutes before consuming it.

I had chicken parm, red sauce beef ravioli, and some of the best fettuccine alfredo I’d ever tasted. My buddy loved the baked cheese ravioli dish.

We chose cannoli, tiramisu, and chocolate torte for dessert, but the raspberry white chocolate cheesecake intrigued us.

rhubarb filling with a hint of salt. But it wouldn’t be complete without an ice cream scoop! The highlight was clearly the strawberry rhubarb cobbler with ice cream. The strawberries was complemented by the fluffy biscuit.

If you are a vegan, don’t worry since the chef can produce plant-based and non-dairy choices that are equally as wonderful as their animal counterparts.

I started with fresh chips with salsa and bean dip, which were both fantastic. The Camarones Mexicali special followed, which included numerous shrimp sautéed in a spicy red sauce with onions, peppers, and mushrooms over rice with cheese, lettuce, and avocados.

There was enough to eat, and everything was delicious. I had a substantial supper that wasn’t expensive and didn’t have space for dessert! If you select this restaurant for a dinner, you will not be disappointed. It is without a doubt one of the top restaurants in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

To begin, I had the darbar salad, which was very appealing and contained fresh green fruit and nuts. Next I had vindaloo lamb with medium heat. With so many flavors, there was only a trace of spiciness. The lamb was quite delicate; it was a delicious supper!

My companion chose the Hariyali salmon tikka, which consisted of marinated fish cubes in mint, cilantro, and exotic spices before being grilled in a tandoor. He stated it was so tasty that he licked his fingers afterwards!

The Bunkhouse Bar and Restaurant

+130763261841064 Happy Jack Rd., Cheyenne, Wyoming 82009, USA

Because of its Saturday party atmosphere and live country music provided by their own band, this remote eatery is a popular hangout for Cheyenne residents.

The Americana design exudes a good old western atmosphere that complements the bar’s whiskey and draft beers. Burgers, steaks, chicken tenders, baked potatoes, and fries are among the staple items on the All-American menu.

The meal was amazing, as shown by the prime rib sizzling on the outside grill as we walked in. The prime rib was wonderful, smoky, and cooked to perfection.

I also had the three-course sampler, which came with loaded potato skins, jalapeño poppers, and Rocky Mountain oysters.

The Rocky Mountain Oysters were unique, but wonderful! They tasted like fried calamari and were served with ranch dressing and seafood cocktail sauce for dipping, but they were equally great on their own.

The burgers were juicy and flavorful. The potatoes and onion rings that came with them were delicious.
